The support services above only pertains to MINDS, if I am not currently a MINDS client, can I still join?

Yes, anyone who fits the criteria and is currently receiving support from other Social Service Agencies can also join the above services.

Are these services chargeable?

Yes, some of the services are chargeable, however there will be subsidy available if you need further financial support.
